I sometimes talk to members of my network who:

  1. Want to buy a specific property type (e.g., hotel, office, retail, land) or
  2. Have a property (in France or abroad) for sale.

Technically, they are not my clients as no written agreement has been signed yet. However, I have made the promise to each of them to keep my ears and eyes open for potentially-interested parties (selling or buying). It’s only when an opportunity knocks at the door that our relationship becomes formal and that I sign an agreement with the relevant party.

Currently, there are contacts in my network who are:

  • Selling off-market (ref. 171016): Prime waterfront location in the Alpes-Maritime – 10,000 m2 plot of land, incl. buildings – Ideal for first-rate, global hotel investors – Price: above €100 million

  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 170314): Wine-producing and/or olive oil-producing estate – Plot of land: 130+ hectares – Location: Provence, Bordeaux area – Proximity to an international airport
  • Selling off-market (ref. 171016): Villa in the Maremma region, Italy + villa in St. Moritz, Switzerland
  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 170524): Hotel or building that can be converted into a 5***** hotel – In a high-end district of Paris (i.e., luxury retail, fine dining, rooftop terrace) – From 150 up to 400 beds
  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 171002): Hotel – Mini. 50 beds – Location: Alpes-Maritime – Running w/ high yield on investment – No developments or JVs. – Required preliminary information: name and age of the hotel; trading history for last 3-5 years; last renovation details
  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 170125): Villa – Location: Mougins/Le Cannet – Sea view – 5 bedrooms mini. – 300 m2 mini. – 2 space garage – Separate studio – Budget: €2-3 million
  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 170219): Chalet (stand-alone) – Location: Courchevel 1850 – 4 bedrooms mini. – 350 m2 mini. – Amenities: garage, swimming pool, Hamman, sauna, Jacuzzi – Budget: €10-15 million
  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 170304): Buy-to-rent penthouse with sea view – Location: La Croisette, Cannes – 3/4 bedrooms – 300 m2 mini. – Amenities: terrace, garage – Budget: no limit disclosed
  • Buying / Looking for (ref. 170323): Villa – Location: Triangle d’Or (Beaulieu-sur-Mer/Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat/Villefranche-sur-Mer) – 4 bedrooms – 500 m2 mini. – Amenities: security, swimming pools (in-/outdoor), cellar, garage, guest apartment + caretaker studio – Budget: €12-15 million
